Booking a discovery call does not create any obligation to purchase services or enter into a paid agreement.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give as much notice as possible. I reserve the right to reschedule or decline appointments where reasonably necessary.

4. Paid Coaching and Consulting Engagements

Any paid engagement will be subject to a separate written agreement covering the agreed services, fees, payment terms, cancellation conditions and other relevant details.

If you are a consumer, you will be informed of your statutory cancellation rights before a binding contract is concluded.

My services are designed to support reflection, offer an independent perspective and help clients navigate professional and organisational challenges.

Clients remain responsible for their own decisions and actions.

I provide my services with reasonable care and skill, but I cannot guarantee specific personal, career or business outcomes.

Coaching and HR consulting do not replace legal, financial, medical or psychological advice or treatment.

I treat information shared during discovery calls and professional engagements with care and discretion.
